How many drops of oil should I use with my scenting clay?

Usage will vary depending on your preferred scent intensity and how often you refresh the clay. As a general guide, 10ml of essential oil provides approximately 200 drops. For initial scenting, drip 10–15 drops of essential oil onto the clay, adding a few more drops if you prefer a stronger scent. When the scent fades, refresh it with 8–10 drops, adjusting as needed to achieve your preferred intensity. The clay can be cleaned and reused. For the best scent experience, we recommend changing to a different scent no more than once, as residual aroma may remain in the porous clay.

How To Use

Drip 10–15 drops of essential oil onto the clay and allow it to absorb before use. Add a few more drops if you prefer a stronger scent.
To refresh the scent as it fades, add 8–10 drops, adjusting as needed to your preferred intensity.
Allow the oil to absorb fully before placing the charm near clothing, fabrics or other surfaces.
