HYSSES Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HYSSES. We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review the following terms that govern our shipping and delivery process.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, local delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
You may select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Please note: faster delivery options may incur additional charges.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
Keep in mind that our warehouse still requires 1-3 business days to prepare your parcel before shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by our courier, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note that after the package is handed over, HYSSES is not able to control courier delivery timelines. For updates, please contact the courier directly.
We also do have an in-house driver who does some of our deliveries especially for fragile and bulky items. With this, tracking links will not be available. To check the status of your order, you may contact us at online.orders@hysses.com.

Damaged Parcels
All orders are securely packed with protective cushioning. If you receive a damaged item, please:

Take a photo of the damaged product immediately.
Contact us at online.orders@hysses.com.

HYSSES is not responsible for loss of items once in transit. Please contact the courier if your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.

International Shipping

Destinations
We ship internationally from Singapore to selected countries.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your parcel before shipping.

Delivery Time
International shipping typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination. Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Rates
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for all applicable:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Other fees charged by your local customs authorities

Where possible, we provide estimated duties and taxes at checkout. You are required to pay these charges before your parcel can be delivered or collected from your local delivery point.
