Scent Profile: This complex scent describes a close similarity to Grapefruit and Mandarin, with subtle overtones of bergamot and lime. Dry, tangy quality whilst producing an almost floral note that is very appealing.

Yuzu essential oil is very similar in action to Bergamot, having a refreshing and uplifting effect on the body while calming the mind at the same time. It is also rich in anti-ageing properties and high in Vitamin C.

YUZU IN SKIN CARE
Brightens skin: As an active skincare ingredient, Yuzu essential oil can naturally brighten, energize and tone the skin.
Rejuvenates ageing skin: Vitamin C initiates the production of Collagen. Collagen is responsible for firming the skin, making the skin wrinkle-free and in turn, revealing softer and more radiant skin.

How to use for face care
Add one drop of essential oil to one dollop of your face cream or lotion and apply every two days. Do not be tempted to add more oil. Higher doses do not work better than regular applications. -
How to use for body care
Use no more than 4 to 5 drops for every 5ml of body lotion or carrier oil. Apply the mixture all over skin and pat dry or allow full absorption.

CAUTION/SIDE EFFECTS
Those with sensitive skin should do a patch test first because like many citrus oils, Yuzu may have a tendency to cause photosensitization when exposed to the sun.
