Cedarwood essential oil is extracted from the needles, leaves, bark and berries of pyramid-shaped cedar trees grown in the Atlas Mountains. Throughout history, Cedarwood has been used by Egyptians for embalming purposes, and also for addressing minor ailments. In aromatherapy, Cedarwood helps to deodorize indoor environments, repel insects and prevent the development of mildew.

CEDARWOOD FOR SKIN AND HEALTH

Reduces excess sebum: Cedarwood contains anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties which are especially useful for the treatment of oily skin conditions like acne and blemishes.

Controls dandruff: Cedarwood is known to cleanse the scalp, removing excess oil, dirt and dandruff. It enhances blood circulation to the scalp and tightens the follicles, which helps to stimulate hair growth.
