RETURN POLICY
Please read the following on our return and exchange policy.

If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange.
Item must be returned within 7 days. The item must be still in its sealed packaging. There should be no torn to the packaging and product must not be used or replaced.Unfortunately, you will have to cover the return postage fees on all return types. If you have received broken/damaged items upon opening your parcel. Please contact the customer service team at customer.care@hysses.com within 7 days, along with photos of the damaged item(s) and the external carton box photos (top, front & side views). We will inform and advise you on the outcome of the rectification based on case to case arrangement.
If the feedback on damaged item(s) exceeded our policy timeframe of 7 days, we are unable to offer any rectification solutions based due to the service agreement with our freight agents. -
