By joining our program, you are partnering with us in promoting conscious living through aromatherapy and botanical skincare. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline the rules, benefits, and responsibilities of being a HYSSES affiliate. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Program Overview

HYSSES is a premium Singaporean brand rooted in the belief that wellness begins with the senses. Through our affiliate program, you can earn commissions by referring customers and sharing your authentic HYSSES experiences.

Affiliate Perks

• Up to 7% commission on referred sales
  
• One-time 30% discount on our Affiliate Welcome Kit
  
• Early access to new launches and promotions
  
• Performance-based bonus rewards
  
• Potential features in HYSSES’ social spotlights
  

Your affiliate dashboard provides:

• A unique referral link
  
• Brand-approved media assets
  
• Product guides to help you create meaningful content
  

2. Sales Integrity & Refund Policy

To maintain fairness and sustainability:

• Self-referrals or bulk friend purchases intended solely to trigger commissions (followed by mass refunds) are strictly prohibited.
  
• Commission is only earned on finalised, non-refunded transactions.
  
• Any suspicious activity (refund abuse, fake orders, bulk purchases for manipulation) may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
  

3. Commission & Payment

• A minimum payout threshold of SGD 70 applies.
  
• Local affiliates (Singapore): Paid via PayNow or Local Bank Transfer
  
• International affiliates (excluding Indonesia): Paid via PayPal
  
• Any related transaction or transfer fees shall be borne by the affiliate.
  
• Once the threshold is met, affiliates will receive an automated payout notification. Affiliates must respond within 7 days if they wish to defer payout.
  

4. Promotion Guidelines

• All promotional content must comply with advertising and disclosure laws (e.g., #HYSSESAffiliate, #HYSSESPartner, or affiliate link disclosure).
  
• HYSSES may repurpose affiliate content across social media, email newsletters, or other brand communications.
  
• Affiliates may only use official brand images, logos, and claims approved by HYSSES.
  
• Misrepresentation, exaggerated claims, or unapproved discount promotions may lead to termination.
  

5. Content & Code of Conduct

• Affiliate codes must be shared authentically — not on third-party coupon sites or bots.
  
• Do not run unauthorized ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) using HYSSES trademarks.
  
• Affiliates may not impersonate HYSSES, run independent promotions, or imply exclusivity unless formally approved.
  

6. Media Guidelines

Do:

• Use official logos and visuals from the brand kit
  
• Maintain a calm, elegant, and nurturing tone
  
• Share genuine product experiences
  
• Always disclose your affiliate relationship
  

Don’t:

• Alter or distort official HYSSES logos/visuals
  
• Post HYSSES content alongside political, controversial, or explicit material
  
• Make false claims or negatively compare HYSSES with other brands
  
• Run unapproved giveaways or discounts
  

7. Termination

HYSSES reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts if you:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions
  
• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices
  
• Publish content misaligned with HYSSES’ values
  

Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination arises due to fraud, abuse, or misconduct.

8. Updates & Modifications

HYSSES may revise these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
